Parent Health & Wellbeing Resources
If you’re worried a child may be struggling with their mental health or has anxiety about coronavirus (COVID-19), the NSPCC has advice to help you support them.
Another great resource is: https://www.camhs-resources.co.uk/ This site was created for young people, carers and professionals to pool together lots of helpful resources from across the internet that are available to help support your mental health and well-being. It is worth a look!

Place2be
As parents and carers, we play an important role in teaching children and young people how to understand and manage their feelings as they grow up. Place2be has some great resources and ideas for starting those difficult conversations with your child.
Young Minds
Parenting isn’t always easy. Although it’s often amazing and rewarding to watch your children grow, and to help them learn to be independent, it can also be really hard work.
If you think your child is unhappy or if you are worried about their behaviour, it’s easy to be hard on yourself and think you aren’t doing a good job. Young Minds has a great parents survival guide which is worth a look.
Action for Children
Helping families with advice and practical support. The section on MASK is really helpful for spotting signs of possible mental heath concerns with your child.
